Yes. Dynasty Fitness ships all products free of charge within the continental United States. Free shipping excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. If you are purchasing from one of these locations, please email us at info@thedynastyfitness.com for a shipping quote before placing your order.

Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order has been processed and is ready to ship, we will contact you via email with your tracking information.

All freight orders are curbside delivery only. Our freight carriers are not authorized to bring products inside your space. Please ensure you have the help needed to move equipment from the curb to your desired location before your delivery date.

Yes. An adult must be present to accept and sign for any freight delivery. You will be contacted in advance to schedule a delivery appointment — all freight orders require an agreed delivery date before the carrier will attempt delivery.

We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. However, we do offer store credit. If you have an issue with your order, please email us at info@thedynastyfitness.com and we will do our best to find a resolution for you.

Yes. Financing options are available at checkout. You can split your purchase into manageable payments so you can get the equipment you want now without paying everything upfront. Financing eligibility is determined at the time of checkout.

Yes. Dynasty Fitness accepts HSA and FSA payments, making it possible to use your health savings toward your fitness equipment investment. If you have questions about using HSA or FSA funds at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.

Does my equipment come with a warranty?

Yes. All Dynasty Fitness training machines come with a lifetime warranty on the metal frame and a 1-year warranty on all other parts. The warranty is void if the equipment is not properly used or maintained. If you have a warranty claim or question, please contact us at info@thedynastyfitness.com.

Please inspect your delivery carefully before signing for it. If you notice any visible damage to the packaging or equipment, note the damage on the delivery receipt before the carrier leaves. Take photos immediately and email us at info@thedynastyfitness.com with your order number and photos as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.
