At The Dynasty Fitness™, we work hard to ensure your order reaches you as quickly and safely as possible. We partner with trusted carriers like UPS and freight shipping services to deliver our high-quality fitness equipment across the United States and beyond.
This policy outlines our standard shipping procedures, delivery timelines, and important details about receiving freight orders.
Processing and Delivery Times
We ship all orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

UPS Orders: Processing time is typically 5–7 business days before shipment.

Freight Orders: Processing time is usually 2–4 weeks, depending on product size, availability, and location.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.
Please note that shipping times may vary during peak seasons, special promotions, or unexpected carrier delays.
Shipping Coverage and Rates
We are proud to offer free shipping within the 48 contiguous United States on most items.
For destinations outside this area, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international orders, standard shipping fees apply.

Shipping costs to these regions will be calculated at checkout or provided by our customer service team before finalizing your order.

All customs fees, import duties, or local taxes (for international deliveries) are the customer’s responsibility.
Freight Shipping Information
Large or heavy equipment (such as squat racks, leg presses, and other commercial machines) will ship via freight delivery.
Please review the following important details for freight shipments:

Curbside Delivery: Freight carriers deliver to the curbside only. They do not move items into your home, garage, or facility.

Phone Confirmation Required: A valid phone number must be provided during checkout. The freight carrier will call you to schedule your delivery time.

Missed Deliveries: If the carrier cannot reach you, your order will be held at a nearby terminal for up to 48 hours. After that, storage fees may apply.

Storage & Return Fees: You are responsible for any storage or return fees if you cannot receive the shipment within the carrier’s timeframe.

Address Changes: If you request a new delivery address after your order is in transit, additional fees will apply. Freight shipments will be held at the terminal until these fees are paid.
Damaged Shipments
We take every precaution to package your order securely. However, if your freight arrives with visible damage, please:

Inspect the delivery before signing the receipt.

Note any visible damage on the carrier’s Bill of Lading (delivery slip).

Take clear photos of the damage.

Contact us immediately at info@thedynastyfitness.com with your order number and photos.
Claims for freight damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. This allows us to work with the carrier to resolve the issue quickly.
