Yes! Dynasty Fitness ships all products free of charge within the continental U.S., excludes Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico. Please email us for a shipping quote if looking to purchase from these locations.

Please allow 5-7 business days for orders to be processed. Once processed, we will contact you via email with tracking information.

All freight orders are curbside delivery only. Our freight carriers are not authorized to delivery any products inside your space.

Yes, an adult must be present to accept and sign for any freight delivery. You will be contacted in advance to set a delivery date as all freight orders are shipped with appointment delivery.

We do not accept cancellations once an order is placed. However, we do offer store credit. Please email us (info@dynastyfitness.com) and we will do our best to resolve any issue.

Yes, our training machines come with a lifetime warranty on the metal frame and a 1 year warranty on all other parts. Warranty is void if equipment is not properly used or maintained.
