Lifetime Warranty Coverage

Every product purchased directly from The Dynasty Fitness™ comes with a Lifetime Warranty that covers:

  • Structural Frames: Protection against defects in materials or workmanship for the lifetime of the product.

  • Mechanical Parts: Coverage for moving components such as pulleys, levers, and joints under normal use conditions.

This means you can count on your Dynasty Fitness equipment to perform for years — and if something goes wrong due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll make it right.

What the Warranty Includes

Under this warranty, The Dynasty Fitness™ will replace defective parts at no cost to you.

  • If a part or frame fails due to poor materials or manufacturing, we will send a replacement part free of charge.

  • If the exact part is no longer available, we will replace it with an equivalent or updated version.

  • Labor and shipping costs may apply for replacement parts depending on the case.

We aim to process all warranty claims as quickly as possible to minimize downtime.

Conditions and Exclusions

While our warranty is generous, there are some important conditions to keep in mind. The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear due to regular use

  • Cosmetic damage, including scratches, paint chips, or dents

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper assembly

  • Neglect, accidents, or failure to follow maintenance instructions

  • Commercial use (if the item was designed for residential use only)

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

Claim Procedure
