At The Dynasty Fitness™, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. We take pride in delivering high-quality fitness equipment, and we do our best to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if you’re not fully happy with your purchase, our return and refund policy below explains how we can assist.
Order Cancellations
Once your payment is successfully processed, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. Because our team begins preparing your shipment immediately after purchase, all sales are considered final. In limited cases, you may qualify for store credit if your order meets the conditions listed in our return policy.
Returns for Store Credit
You may return most new, unused items sold and fulfilled by The Dynasty Fitness™ within 30 days of receiving your order for store credit only, less shipping and handling.
To be eligible for return:

Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging.

Returns must be approved by our customer service team before being shipped back.

A 30% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.
Store credit will be processed once we receive and inspect your item. The credit can then be applied toward any future purchase on our website.
After 30 days, we can no longer accept returns or issue store credits.
Shipping and Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.
If the wrong item was sent or your order arrived damaged, The Dynasty Fitness™ will cover all related shipping costs.
To ensure safe delivery, please use a trackable shipping service when returning items. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue when contacting our support team at info@thedynastyfitness.com.
Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or store credit at no additional cost to you. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for another product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Here’s how it works:

The original item must first be returned in new, unused condition following our return process.

Once received and approved, we will issue store credit so you can place a new order for the desired product.

The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the exchange is due to an error made by The Dynasty Fitness™.
If your item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival, we’ll cover all related shipping costs and ensure the correct product is sent out promptly.
Final Sale and Custom Orders
Some items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances. These include:

Custom-made or made-to-order products

Pre-order items (can only be cancelled for store credit before shipping)

Special color or size requests

Items marked “Final Sale”
No refunds or price adjustments are offered for items that later go on sale.
