Dynasty Fitness DPB401 Machine Hip Thrust – Adjustable, glute training.

Collection: Dynasty Peak Booty Series: Hip Thrust and Glute Machines

The Dynasty Peak Booty Series is our dedicated glute and posterior chain range. Nine machines built around one idea: glutes respond to loading from more than one direction, and a squat rack alone will not get you there. Hip thrust machines, belt squats, reverse hypers, abduction, and hinge patterns are all covered here, each built to commercial grade so you can keep adding weight for years without the machine becoming the limiting factor.

Commercial Glute Machines Built for Serious Development

Glute training has changed. Ten years ago it meant squats and hope. Now we understand that the gluteus maximus and gluteus medius respond to loading from several directions, and that training only one of them leaves most of the muscle underworked. That is the thinking behind the Dynasty Peak Booty Series.

The glutes extend the hip, they abduct the leg, and they stabilize the pelvis. A barbell squat loads hip extension in a vertical line. A hip thrust loads it horizontally, at the position where the glute is shortest and contracting hardest. Abduction work hits the gluteus medius that neither of those movements reaches properly. Train all three and you get a genuinely complete result. Train one and you plateau.

Hip Thrust Machines

The hip thrust is the single most effective glute exercise available, and doing it with a barbell is awkward. Getting under the bar, padding it, and setting up between sets takes longer than the set itself. A dedicated hip thrust machine removes all of that, which is why it has become the centrepiece of glute focused studios.

  • The Hip Thruster DPB401 is the classic seated setup with a padded belt and back support, the style most people picture when they think of a booty builder machine. Load it, sit down, and start working.
  • The Standing Hip Thrust DPB402 is a standing hip thrust machine that trains the same hip extension pattern one leg at a time, which makes side to side differences obvious and fixable.
  • The 3D Smith Hip Thruster DPB7031 combines a guided Smith bar path with a thrust bench, so you get bar loading with none of the setup hassle. It is the most versatile hip thrust option in the range.

Squat Machines: V Squat and Belt Squat

Squats still belong in a glute program, but the standard barbell version limits you by what your lower back and balance can handle rather than what your legs can. These two leverage squat machines solve that differently.

  • The V Squat DPB311 guides you through a fixed arc with your back supported, which lets you sit deeper and drive harder than a free squat usually allows. Foot position changes how much of the work goes to the glutes.
  • The Belt Squat DPB312 is a belt squat machine that hangs the load from your hips rather than your shoulders, so the spine carries nothing. It is a favourite among lifters managing heavy training volume.

For other squat patterns, the Pendulum Squat DSH033 and Hack Squat DSH036 sit in our plate loaded range, and the Bulgarian Split Squat DDR040 covers single leg work.

Reverse Hyper and Back Extension Machines

Hip extension through a hinge pattern trains the glutes and hamstrings together, and these three cover it from different angles.

  • The Reverse Hyper DPB407 swings the legs back and up from a supported torso position. The reverse hyperextension builds glutes and hamstrings through a long range and is widely used in powerlifting gyms alongside heavy pulling.
  • The Multi Dead Lift DPB411 is a deadlift machine that puts the hinge pattern on a guided path, so you can load it heavily without worrying about bar drift or setup position.
  • The Multi Back Extension DPB410 is a back extension machine that adjusts through multiple positions, including the 45 degree angle most lifters use for glute focused extensions.

For a full glute ham developer, the Glute/Ham Developer Bench DRE6032 in our bench range covers GHD raises and hyperextensions from one frame.

Hip Abduction Machines

The gluteus medius sits on the outside of the hip and shapes the upper glute, as well as stabilizing the pelvis when you run, cut, or stand on one leg. Hip extension work barely touches it, which is why a dedicated abductor machine belongs in any complete setup.

The Standing Abductor DPB403 is a standing hip abduction machine that loads one leg at a time, closer to how the muscle actually works than a seated unit. For seated options, the 3D Seated Hip Abduction DSH062 adjusts through multiple torso angles, and the Hip Abductor/Adductor DRE8020 covers both abduction and inner thigh adduction from a single station.

Building a Complete Glute Training Area

If you are starting with one glute machine, make it a hip thruster. It delivers the most direct stimulus of anything here and works just as well in a home gym as a commercial floor. Add a squat pattern machine second for the vertical loading, then abduction third to cover the gluteus medius. That order gives the most complete result for the least floor space at each step.

Kickback work is worth adding once the basics are in place. The Rear Kick DSH007 is our plate loaded glute kickback machine, and the Glute Drive DRE8022 offers a selectorized hip extension option.

For studios running glute focused programming, four machines covering thrust, squat, hinge, and abduction will serve a full class rotation without anyone waiting. Browse the complete Glute Machines range, or explore Squat Machines, Hamstring Machines, and the full Lower Body Machines collection.

Every machine in the series ships free to the 48 contiguous states, financing is available, and we accept HSA and FSA payments. You can try the full range in person at our Venice showroom.
