At The Dynasty Fitness™, we take pride in offering high-quality fitness equipment and a smooth customer experience from start to finish. Please review our product and store policies below to understand how we handle orders, returns, shipping, and related processes.

Product Design and Modifications

All of our products are subject to design change or modification at any time without prior notice. This includes updates to structure, specifications, or color.
These adjustments are made to improve product performance, durability, and aesthetics ensuring that every Dynasty Fitness product reflects the highest standards of quality and innovation.

Order Processing and Store Pickup

Please allow up to 5–7 business days for online orders to be processed.
Once your order has been processed and prepared for pickup, our team will contact you via email or phone to confirm that it’s ready.

Customers have 30 days from the date of notification to collect their order.

  • If an order is not picked up within 30 days, it will be restocked and a store credit (minus a 15% restocking fee) will be issued.

  • Customers who need additional time to pick up their order may contact our team to make arrangements before the deadline.

Returns and Exchanges

Once payment has been processed, orders cannot be cancelled. However, you may return most items in new, unused condition within 30 days of receipt for store credit only, less shipping and handling.

Key details:

  • A 30% restocking fee applies to all returns.

  • Returned items must be in their original packaging.

  • Exchanges require the original product to be sent back first (customer pays return shipping).

  • If the return or exchange is due to a mistake on our part (wrong item, damaged product, etc.), The Dynasty Fitness™ will cover the shipping cost.

Custom-built, made-to-order, or pre-order items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
No price adjustments will be made for items that later go on sale.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship via UPS and Freight depending on the product size and destination.

Processing time:

  • UPS Orders: 5–7 business days

  • Freight Orders: 2–4 weeks

We offer free shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping charges apply for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international destinations.

Important freight details:

  • Freight carriers deliver curbside only (not inside your home or facility).

  • A valid phone number is required for all freight orders so the carrier can schedule delivery.

  • If you miss your delivery, your order will be held at a nearby terminal for 48 hours before storage fees apply.

  • You are responsible for storage fees, address change fees, and return shipment fees if the carrier cannot reach you.

Pre-Orders and Lead Times

Products marked as “Pre-Order” or “Made to Order” may require additional time before shipping.
Typical lead times range from 4–6 weeks, depending on product availability and supplier schedules.

Delays caused by port congestion, customs, or carrier issues are beyond our control, but we’ll always keep you updated on your order status. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these periods.

Store Credit

Store credits issued for returns, cancellations, or restocked items remain valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
Credits can be used toward any future purchase but are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Privacy and Security

At The Dynasty Fitness™, your privacy and security are important to us. We collect customer information only to process orders and provide better service — such as sending order confirmations, shipping updates, and relevant promotions (if opted in).

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties except those required to complete your transaction (e.g., payment processors or shipping carriers).
