Straight, Curl, or Both?

If you can only choose one style, a straight bar covers more exercises. If most of your barbell work is arms, a curl bar will feel better on your wrists. Most commercial gyms stock both side by side, and so do serious home gyms once the rest of the free weight area is in place.
