The resistance arm follows the natural arc of the hip joint via two ball bearings, and a 20° inclined wide body pad with angled auxiliary handles keeps the torso stable and the hip correctly positioned through the full kick arc without requiring the user to manage balance independently. A padded calf support anchors the supporting leg and eliminates lower body compensation that allows the glute to work in pure isolation, and an oversized dual-angle anti-slip footplate accommodates different external hip rotation positions to target different portions of the gluteus maximus.
