The DSH029 is a premium plate-loaded strength machine designed for upper and mid-back training. With a modern aesthetic and solid construction, it is ideal for commercial gyms and high-end personal training studios.Equipped with universal adaptive handles, the machine supports a full range of grip styles from overhand to underhand accommodating diverse user habits and training goals.

The isolated arm design prevents compensation and promotes balanced development of strength and muscle between the left and right sides.A front-facing handle combined with a chest pad offers stable support for the torso and enables both bilateral and unilateral isolation training. The three-position adjustable leg pad ensures lower body stability for users of different heights. The pneumatic infinite seat adjustment allows for quick, single-handed customization, enhancing comfort and individualized training experience.

We ship via UPS and Freight. Processing time for UPS orders is 5-7 days. Processing time for freight orders is up to 2-4 weeks. We offer free shipping to the 48 contiguous states. There will be shipping fees that are the responsibility of the customer to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and countries outside of the United States. Freight addresses are confirmed by our shipping team at the time the order is ready to ship. Additional fees are due if an alternate ship to address is requested while the freight is in route. Freight will be held at the nearby terminal until the fee is paid by the customer. Freight carriers only drop off curbside, they will not bring the shipment into your garage, home or facility. All freight shipments require a valid telephone number. You will be contacted in advance by the carrier to make sure you are present to receive the shipment. If the freight carrier cannot reach you, your order will only be held at the nearby terminal for 48 hours before accumulating storage fees. You will be responsible for the storage fees and return shipment fees if you are unable to receive the shipment.
