We ship via UPS and Freight. Processing time for UPS orders is 5-7 days. Processing time for freight orders is up to 2-4 weeks. We offer free shipping to the 48 contiguous states. Freight will be held at the nearby terminal until the fee is paid by the customer. Freight carriers only drop off curbside, they will not bring the shipment into your garage, home or facility. If the freight carrier cannot reach you, your order will only be held at the nearby terminal for 48 hours before accumulating storage fees. When performing leg extensions, the support pad can be rotated and stored without obstructing the movement.

Multi-Position Adjustment System:

The knee joint adjustment plate provides 4 positions for leg extensions and 3 positions for leg curls, allowing users to set the maximum knee flexion angle or starting height for leg curls. With multiple closely spaced adjustment positions, users of all heights can find their most comfortable setup. The backrest's extended backward space allows for precise targeting of the vastus lateralis, vastus medialis, and vastus intermedius muscles during leg extensions with hip extension. When the backrest is moved forward and the hip joint is at 90°, leg extensions specifically target the rectus femoris muscle.
