Dual Adjustable Pulley DRE8021
Dual Adjustable Pulley DRE8021
The Dynasty Fitness DRE8021 Dual Adjustable Pulley is a full-scale functional cable training station with two independent 210 lb weight stacks and 39 height-adjustment positions per pulley column — a position density that covers every cable exercise angle from floor level to overhead without a fixed-position compromise, and both pulleys adjust independently so the left and right cable heights can be set differently within the same exercise for rotation, woodchop, and asymmetric functional patterns. The machine's 69" horizontal training width creates more than 1.7 metres of cable travel space between the two columns, which is specifically highlighted in the design as delivering maximum pectoral fly stretch and contraction range beyond what closer-column functional trainers allow at the same cable angle. A fixed upper bar with three biomechanically calculated grip positions — wide pronated for upper back emphasis, neutral mid-width for mid-back, and narrow supinated for focused lat engagement — turns the top of the station into a dedicated pull-up training bar, and a right-side step platform accommodates users of different heights for comfortable pull-up entry and exit. The left side carries 4-position attachment storage hooks that keep all cable accessories organised and immediately accessible during training. Multiple cable attachments are included with the machine. Built to commercial grade at 69"×43"×95" with 210 lb stacks per side and 250 lb upgrade stacks available, the DRE8021 is built for commercial gyms, personal training studios, and serious home gym setups where a dual-stack adjustable pulley with maximum positional freedom is the functional training centrepiece.
- 39-position height adjustment per pulley on high-strength spring pins with ultra-smooth adjustment rails means every cable exercise can be performed at the exact height that optimises the resistance angle for the target muscle — not the closest of three fixed positions — and both pulleys adjust independently for exercises that require different left and right cable heights within the same movement
- Over 1.7 metres of horizontal training space between columns provides cable fly, crossover, and functional movement patterns the full stretch range that narrower-column functional trainers limit through available cable travel distance — the extra width is load-bearing throughout the full pectoral stretch and peak contraction
- Fixed upper bar with three biomechanically calculated grip positions covers wide pronated pull-ups for upper back breadth, neutral mid-width pulls for mid-back, and narrow supinated chin-ups for lat depth and biceps — full pull-up variety from a pull-up step platform that accommodates every user height without a jump start
- Left-side 4-position attachment storage and included cable accessories — short pull handle, straight push handle, tension rope, foot tension sleeve, and sleeve sets — keep every attachment organised and reachable throughout the training session without a separate storage solution

| Pull-Up — Narrow Supinated (Chin-Up) | Biceps Brachii (increased — supination loads biceps strongly), Latissimus Dorsi (primary), Brachialis (primary), Core (full body stabiliser) |
| Cable Hip Kickback — Low Pulley + Foot Sleeve | Gluteus Maximus (primary — hip extension against cable), Gluteus Medius — Posterior Fibres (secondary), Hamstrings (secondary stabiliser) |
The DRE8021's 39 pulley positions per side and 69" column separation together determine the cable training quality the machine delivers. The 39 positions allow every exercise to be performed at the angle that optimally loads the target muscle rather than at the nearest approximation of a fixed three- or six-position system. The 69" separation provides the cable travel space for full fly movements to reach genuine pectoral stretch — in a narrower functional trainer the cable angle from a low starting pulley to the hands at hip width does not produce the same degree of pectoral stretch because the vector shortens as the cable narrows. The included foot tension sleeve extends the exercise library to lower body cable work from the same station.
