Shipping & Delivery

All Dynasty Fitness equipment ships free to the 48 contiguous US states. Smaller items ship via UPS; large machines ship via freight. For pre-order items, we’ll email you an estimated delivery date.

Processing time: UPS orders typically ship within 5–7 business days. Freight orders usually ship within 2–4 weeks, depending on the product and your location. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Freight delivery: Delivery is curbside only. The carrier will call you to schedule a delivery appointment, and an adult must be present to sign. Please arrange help to move the equipment from the curb.

Returns: Unused, unassembled items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit. Returns must be approved by our team before shipping back. A 30% restocking fee applies, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours and we’ll replace or exchange it at no cost to you.
