Absolutely phenomenal customer service. Eemaun goes above and beyond. Very communicative and follows through with what he says. Eemaun was extremely accommodating to our work schedules and on the day of delivery Eemaun made sure to text us about 30 minutes out saving us from wasting vacation hours sitting around waiting on delivery. We purchased both urethane dumbells and barbells both with racks and both surpassed our expectations. We did encounter a manufacturing error with the dumbell saddle rack which is built like a train but with that said there was a cross bar welded too close between the second and third teirs. I have every confidence that it will be resolved. Eemaun has been in contact with the manufacturer and updates me on expected delivery date of newly designed replacement rack without me even calling him first. Would definitely recommend any products from the dynasty fitness, all weights and racks seem and look to be high end commercial grade weights at a fraction of the cost. Eemaun's customer service was what really was the most impressive throughout the process, 10 out of 10 greatly exceeded our expectations.
