Six independent handle height positions accommodate different user arm lengths across both pressing modes, a 7-position seat adjustment establishes the correct body position relative to the carriage, and 30 single-hand back pad positions with an extended adjustment handle dial in the precise torso fit for each user without dismounting between adjustments. Below approximately 60° the primary driver transitions progressively from the anterior deltoid toward the clavicular head of the pectoralis major as the angle decreases, making positions in the 30° to 55° range the most useful for upper chest development. Above 60° through to 80° the anterior deltoid carries increasing primary load as the press direction approaches vertical, making this upper range the shoulder press territory.
