This converging arc trains the lat through a wider range of shoulder positions during a single rep than standard straight-down pulldown machines, producing a different stimulus across the lat width from the outer upper fibres at the start through to the inner lower fibres at peak contraction. A five-position grip system spanning two 580mm extended outer handles, two 270mm inner handles, and a centre spring handle covers wide pronated through narrow neutral grip orientations without attachment changes, and a front swing tube provides a stability anchor for single-arm isolation training. A pneumatic infinite seat and three-position thigh pad serve users across the full range of commercial body types.
