The Dynasty Fitness DSH026 Front Pulldown is a plate-loaded ISO-lateral lat pulldown machine with independent bilateral arm frames that train the latissimus dorsi, teres major, and trapezius through a seated vertical pulling movement with each arm working separately against its own bilateral plate load. The independent arm design eliminates the stronger side from compensating for the weaker one and enables full unilateral single-arm pulldown training for isolated lat development, supported by the chest pad and front auxiliary handles that keep the torso anchored during single-arm work. Each 415mm rubber-coated extended handle accommodates the full range of grip widths from wide lat sweep emphasis through to narrow for mid-back and lower lat targeting, and a three-position adjustable thigh hold-down keeps the legs anchored for users of different heights throughout maximum-effort sets. A pneumatic infinite seat rounds out a machine that adjusts completely for any user in a commercial setting.
