A dual loading peg system places plates at two distinct heights — the lower peg for concentric-focused pulling strength and the upper peg for eccentric overload where the lowering phase carries greater resistance than a standard setup allows — giving each exercise a meaningful programming variable beyond simply adding more weight. An aluminum isolation pin switches the swing arms between linked bilateral mode and fully independent unilateral mode in seconds, enabling single-leg deadlifts and unilateral lunges that reveal and correct left-right strength asymmetries that bilateral training masks. A three-position knurled handle covers overhand, neutral, and underhand grip orientations across all exercises, and a five-position adjustable thigh pad anchors the body consistently through every variation.
