Set the seat to one of 7 heights so the top of the arm pad sits just below your armpit.
Sit and rest both upper arms flat along the full length of the pad.
Confirm your elbows sit at or just past the bottom edge of the pad.

Start with arms fully extended, upper arms flat against the pad.
