Multi Pull Up/Dip Rack DRE6008
Multi Pull Up/Dip Rack DRE6008
The Dynasty Fitness DRE6008 Multi Pull Up/Dip Rack is a 3-in-1 bodyweight training station covering vertical knee raises, leg raises, pull-ups, and dips from one compact 44.6"×41.5" commercial-grade structure — training the abdominals, lats, upper back, chest, and triceps from a single footprint at a 661 lb max load capacity. Dual padded arm supports, an ergonomically angled back pad, a high-mounted multi-grip pull-up bar, thick dip handles, dual anti-slip foot platforms, and built-in resistance band pegs complete a station built for commercial gyms, personal training zones, and serious home gym setups.
- 3-in-1 design covers vertical knee raises and leg raises for core development, pull-ups across multiple grip widths for lat and upper back width, and dips for chest and triceps pressing strength — all from one 44.6"×41.5" station without three separate pieces of equipment
- Ergonomically angled back pad with dual padded arm supports provides lumbar and pelvic alignment during knee raise and leg raise movements, preventing spinal overextension and keeping every rep focused on the abdominals rather than lower back compensation
- High-mounted multi-grip pull-up bar accommodates wide, mid, and narrow grip positions across users of different heights for full range of motion pull-ups and chin-ups — with thick dip handles providing a firm, wrist-friendly grip surface for comfortable high-rep dip training
- Built-in resistance band pegs on both sides extend the station's progressive loading options beyond bodyweight — bands can be added to pull-ups, dips, and core exercises to increase resistance as strength develops without adding a weight stack or plate loading system

Exercises and muscles targeted
Exercises and muscles targeted
| Exercise | Muscles Targeted |
|---|---|
| Vertical Knee Raise | Rectus Abdominis — Lower Fibres (primary — hip flexion with spine supported targets lower abdominal region), Hip Flexors — Iliopsoas (primary), External Obliques (secondary stabiliser), Forearms and Grip (isometric hold throughout) |
| Vertical Leg Raise (straight leg) | Rectus Abdominis (primary — increased demand vs knee raise due to extended lever arm), Hip Flexors (primary — greater load through full hip flexion with straight leg), External Obliques (secondary), Tensor Fasciae Latae (secondary) |
| Oblique Knee Raise (rotational) | External and Internal Obliques (primary — rotating the knees toward one side adds rotational component to the hip flexion), Rectus Abdominis (primary co-contraction), Transverse Abdominis (deep core stabiliser) |
| Pull-Up — Wide Grip | Latissimus Dorsi — Upper and Outer Fibres (primary — wide grip emphasises lat breadth), Teres Major (primary), Biceps Brachii (secondary), Rear Deltoid (secondary), Core (full body stabiliser) |
| Pull-Up — Narrow/Neutral Grip | Latissimus Dorsi (primary — balanced lat loading), Biceps Brachii (increased — narrower grip increases biceps contribution), Teres Major (primary), Brachialis (primary) |
| Chin-Up (supinated grip) | Biceps Brachii (primary — supination strongly recruits biceps), Latissimus Dorsi (primary), Brachialis (primary), Lower Trapezius (scapular depression) |
| Dip — Chest Focus (forward lean) | Pectoralis Major — Lower Sternal Head (primary — forward torso lean increases chest involvement), Triceps Brachii — all three heads (primary), Anterior Deltoid (secondary) |
| Dip — Triceps Focus (upright torso) | Triceps Brachii — Lateral and Medial Heads (primary — upright torso concentrates stimulus on triceps), Triceps Brachii — Long Head (primary — stretched at shoulder in starting position), Anterior Deltoid (secondary) |
| Banded Pull-Up or Dip (resistance band pegs) | Same target muscles as standard pull-up or dip — band adds progressive resistance through the concentric arc, increasing peak load at full arm extension/flexion for greater muscle stimulus beyond bodyweight capacity |
The DRE6008 covers three of the most effective bodyweight exercises available in one station. Vertical knee and leg raises are among the most targeted anterior core exercises because the arm-supported suspended position eliminates the lower back compensation that floor-based crunch alternatives allow. Pull-ups and chin-ups deliver the lat width and upper back development that no cable pulldown fully replicates at the same proprioceptive and coordination demand. Dips provide a compound pressing stimulus for the chest and triceps that bodyweight alone produces with a quality of muscle co-ordination that machine-guided pressing exercises train differently.
